  3. Thanks, Alisha. I can’t wait for you to read LIFE AFTER YES. I sometimes wonder whether perfectionism is something we can truly recover from? Is it once a perfectionist, always a perfectionist? I hope not. But part of me believes that perfectionism is part of personality and that certainly as we get older and more set in our ways, it becomes that much more difficult to alter the essence of who we are and how we interact with the world.
